A new generation of gastronomy experience
Kürkçü Dükkanı is welcoming you around the fire in an age-old warehouse
featuring lofty ceilings and stone walls with a rustic outlook on the dynamism of
the day.
We prioritize sustainability and respecting nature by designing our menu cycle
around seasonal produce, lighting our fire at 7 PM, and then setting our tables
with products grown in our own garden and farm
If you so wish, you can sit around our open kitchen to hear the tales behind our
dishes as they are prepared, experiencing the ritual of eating and drinking in a
completely different manner
The menus at Kürkçü Dükkanı are composed in such a way that the products
from our own farms and gardens, which are in their proper season, are
processed with the right techniques in harmony with the cycle of nature,
building our food culture on the basis of sustainability and naturalness.
Meat and deli items are produced at the Ragyu Kasap+ farm, a Group company,
in accordance with antibiotic-free and good agricultural practice standards.
